For nearly 10 years Don and Karen Ford of Crosby have navigated a disease that steals memories and alters lives, not just for those diagnosed, but also for families and friends who are tasked with creating a new normal, living with Alzheimer’s Disease.
The Fords will serve as the honorary chair family for the upcoming Lakes Area Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Sept. 21 at the Northland Arboretum.
